Authorized Marriage Celebrant, Member of Marriage Celebrants Australia Inc Est WA, Member of the Order of Australia Association,  Kalamunda Districts Pipe Band. and RSL

My commitment to your special day is demonstrated by my extensive life experience and the many ceremonies I have performed throughout Western Australia for many happy clients.

As a retired person, I have time to dedicate to your entire wedding needs. I am a graduate of the University of Western Australia and Edith Cowan University and I have a background in teaching, anthropology, personnel management and regional development. I hold Bachelor of Arts Degree, WA Teachers Certificate, and Cert IV Training

I have spent much of my life in Exmouth WA, and was involved in Local Government, State Emergency Services, Bushfires Brigade  RSL Exmouth Sub-branch and law administration as a Justice of the Peace. I was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to Local Government and the community.

My extensive experience in public speaking enables me to guarantee a warm, sometimes humorous and sincere delivery at wedding ceremonies. I have performed weddings for couples swimming with whale sharks, in remote locations such as Cape Range National Park, on beaches and boats, in homes and reception centres throughout WA. My Scottish heritage and the fact that I play bagpipes enable me to add a special touch for Scottish weddings. I have conducted weddings for people who have travelled from the US and UK for their wedding ceremony.

I have empathy with people from all walks of life and take pride in providing a service that meets client needs. No wedding is too small or too large.

I am committed to meet your personal requirements and will work with you to design a ceremony that is fitting to your special occasion. I welcome family involvement, especially children, in the wedding ceremony. Importantly, it is my policy to perform only one ceremony in any given day, thus ensuring that you have my undivided attention for the occasion.
